Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, while international orders may take 7–21 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

 

If you have not received your order within the estimated time frame, or if your tracking information has not updated, please contact us and we will be happy to help. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout, but we will assist you in locating your package whenever possible.
